A series of seminars will be held every year and seek to familiarize the students, especially Ph.D. students, with the main issues underlying the entrenchment and enforcement of a clause concerning the founding values of the European Union in the text of the Treaties.

The training materials for the seminar series organised within the Jean Monnet Module enacting are available here.

The series of policy papers addresses relevant challenges to the founding values of the European Union. They will discuss possible solutions, including alternatives to the enforcement procedures of Article 7 TEU, and will contain proposals and recommendations for policy makers.
